What we find most useful
We cannot respond to every message, but these get answered fastest because they let us fix something concrete:
- A specific factual error, with the source you think contradicts us.
- A question a guide does not answer, described in the words you actually searched for.
- A rule you have seen elsewhere that you cannot find explained anywhere — especially if you can tell which school it comes from.
- A tool that gave you a result you cannot reproduce. That is a bug on our side and we want to see it.
What we cannot help with

We also cannot give medical, legal, structural or financial advice. If a feng shui question turns into one of those, we will point you to a qualified professional rather than guess.
Response times
Corrections: within three working days. General enquiries: within five working days. Partnership and advertising: within ten working days. If it has been longer than that, it has probably been missed — send it again and mark it as a follow-up.
